It was a great weekend for the Belles of Forget Me Not
Farm! Mia Green won the Small Pony Hunter Classic on Miss Australia with
a second round score of 85! This was Mia’s first weekend moving up to the
small pony division and she was up against some of the most talented small
ponies and small pony riders at the ESP A show in Wellington. Mia said “I
can’t believe I won I thought I was going to do so badly!”

Nicole White swept the short stirrup with a champion and
reserve championship in the short stirrup hunters, and Isabella White received
a championship in the cross rail division. Nicole said “I loved jogging
my pony Flower even though he sometimes doesn’t want to and I always love
jumping Deja Blue!”

Bella achieved another milestone this
weekend too, she had her first fall, luckily she got right back on and wasn’t
hurt at all! She said “I love Deja Blue and my trainer Stefanie said if I
fall off nine more times I will be an expert rider!” Let’s hope that
doesn’t happen . . . .
